What Is The Mercenary’s Saga?
The story of Earth has is over. Judgement day has come, and the children of God have been evaluated. All are given a place of rest in Heaven, but the most righteous souls are given their ultimate reward.
The gift of Exaltation.
New Gods and Goddesses are appointed from humanity, who go on to create countless worlds filled with children of their own.
Gods shall have children.
Children shall become gods.
Through this cycle known as the Great Plan of Happiness, the story of life shall continue forever.
But there is one man who defies this plan. Extremar, the biological younger brother of the Most High God Elohim, served for over ten thousand years as Archangel.
Despite his faithful service, the darkness in his heart prevented the High Council of Heaven from giving Extremar the gift of exaltation.
Succumbing to his pride, Extremar turned his back on Heaven and took upon himself the name of death.
Now known as Extremar Thanatos, the Fallen Archangel started a conflict that has since come to be known as the E3 War.
To contain the threat of Extremar, the Goddess of War Milly Schafer created the Forced Transfiguration Virus, or FTV, to create warriors that would come to be known as Vampires. They fight as Mercenaries within the E3 war, along with other demigods who have changed the course of fate.
After many years of fighting across countless worldlines, Extremar attempted an invasion of Heaven known as the Battle of Tempus Finis.
The invasion failed, forcing Extremar’s forces to retreat, but through the battle Extremar learned the secret to defeat God the Father once and for all.
The universe has thirteen years left before Verum Tempus Finis, the true final battle to decide who shall rule Heaven. Hoping to buy time until his weapon to overthrow God is completed, Extremar Thanatos has locked down his homeworld with a powerful spell.
Twelve worlds, ruled by Twelve Shadowlords, protect the headquarters of Extremar.
To save the universe, the Shadowlords must be defeated and their worlds liberated before the completion of Extremar’s Ultimus Weapon.
A family of vampires have volunteered for this task.
The thirteen sons and daughters of Cato Christel, the God of the Void, have answered Heaven’s call.
Across all of space and time, they will fight the forces of evil so they might protect those that they cherish most.
